C. Weighted chin up @ 21x1, 4-6 reps x 4 sets -55lbs,, 5,4,4,4
Tuesday
A. Power Clean Build to a 5 rep touch and go power clean in 5 sets- 225# 235(3) felt that could of got all five rep with the 235 just lost my grip in the front rack
