Upper pressing strength
A. Weighted Dip @ 40X0, 2 reps every 90 seconds for  5 sets-  71 ,71 ,76 ,76 ,81 ,81 ,81, judging from last week i figured 70# would be good, but i moved through this, so i add weight , should of started around 85#
